San Manuel is joining the fight against breast cancer
This year, San Manuel is taking on the fight against breast cancer. With your help, we can raise funds to stop this disease that affects 1 in 8 women during their lifetime. As the world’s largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S. government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.
We want to join Susan G. Komen in their efforts to end breast cancer forever. If you decide to donate, your gift will help Susan G. Komen provide education, screening and treatment programs for women and men in our community, and support cutting-edge research so that one day we can live in a world without breast cancer.
You can donate online with your credit card by clicking the button above the fundraising thermometer. Team members who make a (suggested minimum $10) donation to Susan G. Komen through our workplace campaign and show their emailed donation receipt can receive a ‘Together we fight, together we win’ T-shirt in return. T-shirts are limited to one per team member with a donation. T-shirts can be claimed over the following days/times:
• During Wellness Week activities, October 1-4, at the San Manuel Events Center
• The last four Thursdays in October at the Casino HR Office, from 7am – 8pm (October 10, 17, 24, 31)
• The last three Fridays in October at San Manuel Village 1st Floor Meeting Room #1 from 8am-3pm (October 11, 18, 25)
Thank you for generosity and for joining us in the fight!
You can also donate via check made payable to Susan G Komen and bring the check when you pick up your T-shirt. Those donating via check can expect to receive a donation confirmation letter from Susan G. Komen to their home address via standard mail 1-2 months after October 31, 2019.
